A1428 820-3462 Miss bacllight
I do have 5V at PP5VR3V3_SW_LCD
PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT - 54V

I just checked this board with another screen and LCD and same. Blinking folder but no backlight.
I also put a working board in this macbook and I can see that screen and lcd cable is ok and works ok.

PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT - 54V as I know this should be 40V (Is what I see in working board) but if it is not screen and lcd cable, what could be?

54V is way too high and usually points to an open line to the LCD. Insert a separate LCD cable and see if pin one has contact to the other side of the cable.

All ready change lvds connector and lost 54V.... then I replaced again lvds connector with 2010 models. (Board is 2012 model)
It is different but now it works ok. Should be that a problem? I mean to put 2010 lvds to 2012 board? I dont have more 2012 in stock.

Replace with proper connector! You can salvage these connectors from 3115 boards, cracked macbook Air/Retina LCDs.
