green/orange light

psu current is too low .049amp
some corroded around y1915 resistors has been replaced
and c1271 removed PP1V05_S0_PCH_VCCACLKPLL
also corroded on u1930 pin 6 cleaned and replaced.
cannot smc bypass

pm batlow l ok
PPVRTC_G3H ok

missing voltages:
ALL_SYS_PWRGD 0v u8150 removed
pp3v3 sus .9v
pm so good 0v

You probably miss PM_SLP_SUS_L, which point to PCH, or some of its previous signals.
Check PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN and all PCH's RTC signals.

PM_SLP_SUS_L 3.3v
PM_DSW_PWRGD 3.4v
PCH_DSWVRMEN 3.2v

pch rtc signal
RTC_RESET_L 3.3v
PCH_SRTCRST_L 3.3v
PCH_INTRUDER_L 3v
PCH_INTVRMEN 3.1v

"PM_SLP_SUS_L 3.3v"
Ooops, 3V3_SUS is already enabled; no need to check the other mentioned signals.
Post U8020 voltages.
Also check diode mode to ground at R8020.

U/R8020 voltages are normal but
from c1202/U6100/u6101/ U/R8183 U/R7840 3v3_sus is only .9v
i tried jumper from r8020 pin2 to c1202 pin 1 now
all c1202/U6100/u6101/ U/R8183 U/R7840 3v3_sus is 3.3v but still
cant on psu amp is jump from .350amp then drops again to .49amp

Probably more corroded traces.

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).

So PCH starts the power on sequence.
Check the same for PM_SLP_S3_L.
S3 and S0 voltages should also pulse; confirm that.
