A1466 820-00165 No Power

I have an A1466 820-00165 motherboard
it doesn't turn on, doesn't repair. the green light comes on, then turns orange, on the power supply it consumes 0.020ma.
I have the PP BUS, I have 8V,
I have 3.3V on P3V3-S5_REG-L
On the P5V_S4RS3_REG_L 0V I have no short circuit on it (value: 400).
I have 0V on the PM_SLP_S4_L line.
I noticed next to U5000 some traces of oxidation on capacitor C5008 (the line works) so I rewashed it, but nothing changes.
I tested the U7501 and looked at the SMC_PM_G2_EM, and got 3.3V.
I've also tested R7552, I've got 3.4V (input and output for pin 21)
I have the resistor R7551, there is 0V (input and output 00)
I have 5V on C7505 (PP5V_S5)

Not 8.2V, or 8.5V???
PPBUS_G3H level is really important; not just an estimation.

Do you get 3v3_SUS?

For PP BUS i have exactly 8.59v

and for 3v3_sus i have nothing

RTC_RESET_L have a problem i have repair is working /
