A1466 820-00165 PPBUS Shorted

PPBUS was shorted. Capacitor Blown . Replaced Capacitor - Replaced Fuse.

Not getting on. PM_SLP_S4_L is missing. Drawing around 25 mAmps.
U1950 all voltages missing except PP3V42_G3H.

You didn't specify PPBUS_G3H, nor 3V3_S5/SUS voltages.
Do you get Magsafe light?

Fuse Replaced. PPBUS at 8.6V
3V3_S5 is 0.6V
3V3_SUS is 0V

What about SMC_PM_G2_EN?
Did you check diode mode to ground on the big coils?
