Machine has green light only.
PPBUS at 8.18V

C2952 Corroded.
Removed. PP3v3_S4 is still shorted. Diode to Ground - 0.002

Checked all the Big Coils - L7560 Diode to ground 0.042.

Inject Voltage at Pp3v3_s4?

I injected Voltage - one cap was hot. Removed.
Line still shorted. Voltage is 0.4v
Nothing gets hot anymore at 1V.

I get Orange Light now and PPBUS is at 8.6V

Update : Now I am getting 2V at 3v3_S4 with Diode Mode Reading 0.009. Strange

Lift the coil (one side) and check where the low value remains.

Which coil?

L7560? I get 3.3v on both sides.

Removed L7560 . Low Value on Pin 2. Injected Voltage nothing getting hot.

Injected Voltage at PP3v3_S5 . Nothing got hot.

What am I missing ?

Sorry, I got confused with S5, instead of S4.

Try injecting voltage at 3V3_S4.
With 0.009 diode mode reading, an IR camera should find something interesting.

U8000 was getting hot. Replaced.
Short gone.
But still not on.

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).

Check for pulse at PM_SLP_S4/3_L at same time.

Both S4/S3_l are 0V.
When SMC_ON_OFF_L is triggered the voltage spikes for a second.

You should note a pulse on the big coils too.
