A1466 820-3437-B 3 beeps

Hi,

I have a A1466 820-3437-B that doesn't power on. It gives the 3 beeps and loops. I already reball the RAM, but with the same result.

Can you help?

Possibly bad RAM chip, or CPU.
You should change all RAM chips; as you don't know which one is bad.

Be sure first all DDR voltages are correct.
