A1466 Water Damage - General Troubleshooting Question

Hello, I have an A1466 that had water damage - cleaned it out and everythings good - comes on normally. After 30 - 45 seconds complete freezes and have to force shut down.

Tried recovery mode, alternate OS, etc all same so it points to hardware.

What would main causes of this be , so I know where to begin troubleshooting?

Seems that it still has crap somewhere, maybe under some BGA chips...
Did you pass it through UC?

Negative, I am still looking to order a proper ultrasonic for mac boards. Just have one for cell phone boards at the moment.

Be aware to get one with sweep function...

Probably crap under the SMC. But this all depends on where the original damage was. Could be anything really.
