A1534 820-00045-A no disk

Hi,

I have an A1534 820-00045-A that doesn't recognizes the disk. Just shows thequestion mark folder.
I don't even know where to start. Can you help?

Classic problem, shouldn't waste time on it.
Heat entire board on IR oven, if possible.

OK. Whattemp do you advise?

200-220 C degrees should be good.

Heating the board didn't solved it. Same thing.

Is there any thing else that I can try?
