cliente working with laptop and turn off, never again turn on...

i have check with other flex usb-c ..dont work

You may have problems with U/C3100, or even U7000.
U3100 is the first suspect.
However, start removing C3100.

BTW, U3100 delivers any LDO?

C3100 don't short and value 744 (other board 820-00244 C3100 value 1389)

remove C3100 LDO all 0v but now I don't have 5,2v in F3050...(strange)

do u want me to try a reballing of U3100? or replacement for another board?
