hello, so we got a macbook that boot-loops, we tried to boot in safe mode, command+R doesn't work, we tried to reinstall the system at the end of download at the disk select there is none...

any idea how to fix that? is it a drive issue?

Failing SSD is classic issue on these bulshits.
You can try to reflow it, but is not a definitive solution; videos available on Youtube...

before i do that... are there specific power rails i should test before the SSD reflow? i don't get a blinking folder it just loads then it turns off and on again, that's strange.

BTW i find it funny that there is someone else than me thinking that is a piece of garbage xD

Do you get the Apple logo and progress bar?
Try to start in safe mode.

Starting in Diagnostic mode reports any error?

A1534 was the worst machine built by Apple...

I get apple and progression, it gets to a point and then reboots.

D+Power opens the internet utility, safe mode does nothing (progression then reboot)

Test if boots from USB preinstalled macOS.
You can also test Windows, or Linux Live.

Once started in Diagnostic mode, select proper network and go ahead.
When/if asks for offline test, accept.

you genuinely made me and my employer laugh, i'm gonna try the CPU and then toss it out as no repair... wasted our time enough.

thanks for the laugh
