A1707 820-00281-A no power

Hi,

I have an A1707 820-00281-A no power with no power, and only has 5V on 2 USB-C ports. On the other 2 (UB300/400) the ampmeter stays black.

Diode readings:

UB300:
USBC_TA_CC2 = 0.264
USBC_TA_CC1 = 0.061

UB400:
USBC_TB_CC2 = 0.005
USBC_TB_CC1 = 0.027

Shall I replace both, or the cause can be other?

CC1/2 lines also have some ESD protection diodes.
When the CD3215 chips die, usually get wrong diode mode readings on LDOs too.
