hi, i have one macbook pro A1707 no h2o o board, all looks good , inspection ok , it enter in recovery menu, format disc, and when go install macOS they restarts and get the logo paste ( ?)

i try boot usb macos and get apple logo and progress bar status no loading and then gave forbiden logo ..
