A1707 GPU issue

Hello,
I got an a1707 with issues very similar to GPU issue of old MacBook pro 15" 2011 and 2012.

Can't load Mac Os, when is switch between internal to external GPU, MacBook restart.
Does anyone got a similar issue?
I have to replace the GPU ?
What diagnostic I need to do on the motherboard before replacing it ?

Your diagnostic seems to be already done.
Reflow, or reball may fix the GPU issue for short time.
But the problem should be solved replacing it.
