A1708 820-00840-A 680ma no display

Hi Macbook came in No spillage with short on PP3V3_S5 after removing and replacing u7800 short is gone. The board draws up to 680ma then drops to 340ma. Chipmunk usb activity led shows activity on usb. but black screen. (also tried known good screen)

L7430/20/10 0V 2ohm resistance.

What signal area would I check now?

Check diode mode to ground on EDP_INT_ lines of J8500.

Hi yes I meant to mention no external video apologies. All diode reading are good.
When I got it, I fixed the initial issue which was u7800 then upon testing found where I am at now.

Just in case, try known good, clean ME BIOS.
