A1708 820-00840 no boot

Hi,

I have an A1708 820-00840 that only boots sometimes.

I have all voltages, but sometimes it boots (and shutsdown), other times (most times) it doesn't boot.

L7410-30 stays at 0V even when booted (not sure if it is normal)

It has 19V and stays at around 0.5A.

Can you help?

Yes, it is.
iGPU core voltage only appears once high graphics load is detected.

When doesn't boot, what voltages do you get?
Tested the board alone on the desk?
