A1708 820-00875-A no power

Hi,

I have an A1708 820-00875-A with that has no power.
It had no backlight and PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT was shorted, and i replaced C8467 and C8463 because they were burnt.
After replacing those, the mac didn't power on again. It only pulls 5V from ampmeter.

I notice that one of the charging port was rebooting, and when measured, on U3200 (the on that was rebooting), I get, on diode mode, 0V on USBC_XB_CC1 and on USBC_XB_CC2.

After replacing U3200, CC1/2 gets 0.600V on diode reading, but still no power, and a black ampmeter on that port.

PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS_F has 0V on diode reading and 0.13 ohm to ground but because it is a high voltage line, i'm not sure if those readings are ok.

F3010 seams to be ok.

Can you help?

"PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS_F has 0V on diode reading and 0.13 ohm"
Post something like "0.xxx" WITHOUT any final "V" for diode mode.
0.13 ohm means pure short; unless you mean 0.13x in kohm scale.

Tks for the reply. I'll try to remember that.

PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS_F readings on diode mode are 0.0003, and 0.13 ohm on resistance to ground.

The short seams to be on pin 1 (PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS).
Pin 2 has 1.787 on diode readings.

I thing that it's safe to inject some voltage on that line. Is it?
