A1932 820-01521-02 no disk

Hi,

I have an A1932 820-01521-02 that doesn't recognize the disk, and is always recovering the macos from the web.

Apple diagnostics says that no problem is found...

I can't see anything damaged on the board and don't know where to start.

Can you help?

If machine boots, at least T2 SSD partiton is in good condition.
Tried DFU revive/restore?
