A1932 keeps Restarting

820-01521 restarts after apple logo. If i boot to the options menu on macbook it stays on for hours but once a startup disk is selected it restarts.

If no important data, try DFU restore.
DFU revive may not help, but is something to try first.

Not going into DFU mode. keeps restarting. Making 19v on ampmeter 1.4a and restarts and goes to 19v 0.39

Try to force it on DFU mode with external switch method.
Be aware, this board doesn't have dedicated pads for this purpose!
