A1989 2019 820-00850 5v 110ma

Board had spillage around q5480 and U6903.
U6903 was short so replaced
5v 110ma on all 4 ports
ppbus 12.3v
no obvious shorts.
I can get it info dfu but it fails with 0xFAE (4014) with or without battery present.
What should I check next?

looks like a problem with the ssd or t2 (in rare cases, RAM)

What is actual SMC_PBUS_VSENSE voltage?
Did you test with a battery holding some charge?
