A1989 - Boot loop (820-00850)

Hello,

I have that board where the data is important that is boot looping and I haven't tried DFU revive/restore yet.
Screen comes on, no Apple logo, and will turn off after around 10 seconds and does that in a loop.

When the board turns off, the SSD_PMU_RESET_L goes low.
PPBUS is stable at 12.26V

Visual inspection leads to slight corrosion on the left/right edges near the USB-C controller on the back of the board and near U3000, the USB chip.
I've removed the few corroded capacitors but no change.

Customer mentioned she would get the Apple logo once in a while and then restart.
If it's true I would assume the CPU is fine and it's either SSD or T2 related?!

PPVCC_S0_CPU goes from .735V to .638V
What else can I check please?

Looks like board boots, if CPU core drops to 0.638V.

Check if board is detected, or at least stays on, in target disk mode.

Did you test with charged battery?
