A1990 820-01041-A no power

HI,

I have an A1990 820-01041-A no power that has no power.
It only has pulls 5V on 3 USB C ports, and consumes 0.40A on all 3 ports, but on another port the amp metter stays black, and i get 0V on F3001. Shall i replace the U3200?

Check CC1/2 pins in diode mode for that port.
I suspect bad CD3215 chip.

After all, not everithing it's OK.
The mac already powers on, but is not charging the battery. Only works on charger.
What shall I check from here?

Try known good battery first.
Is the battery recognized at least?
Be sure the big screw is tight and data cable is properly connected.

Tried with a good batery, but same result. Battery is recognized, but not charging.

Check voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus; before and after Q6950.
Be sure SYS_DETECT_L is pulled down; through R6950, or Q6955.
You can check with o-scope for activity on both sides of Q6950.
