pne friend told me that the T2 circuit that have problem, but which rails should I check?

Check at L9020/30/80 and L9520/30/80.

L9020, L9030, L9080 all of them are just 0v.

L9080/81 reads 100 on diode mode, i compared them to another board and they should read 376.

I got to replace U9080 but it is still not working and same result

No, i found no sign of liquid.

Just as a history of the board, it seems that the board has been in another store before me and they have applied head on T2 chip U3900.

I,m wondering if it got some problem there!

You should not waste time in such machine.

SSD voltages must be present, to complete DFU process.
T2 has a dedicated firmware poartition there.
