U9580 was blown causing PPBUS_G3H short, removed it, noticed 4Ohm resistance on SSD lines.
Replaced U9580, now I see 20V, 0.5A. Fan tries to spin for a second and drops the current to 0A and cycles.
Checked with reference board, PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 is 11Ohm.
Cant detect any other shorts around. Had some oxidation around U8295 which I cleaned.
