Have a MacBook A2141 that was brought in for not charging/no power on

820-01700

Looking at the board there were some signs of liquid damaged around
U9080 - TPS62180
This was the only noticeable area, after ultrasonic cleaning the board didn't measure short in this area. All resistances measured in the kilo ohm range.

With the battery connected the machine power cycles from 0.4a climbing to 0.8a then drops to 0a and repeats and that cycle takes about 10-15 seconds
With the battery disconnected the machine stays at 0.35a-0.45a

I attempted SOC_FORCE_DFU with a switch but as soon as the machine is powered off it quickly jumps back up in power. Attempted using the power button bypass with no change.

Voltages are as follows.

PPBUS_G3H - 12.59v
PP3V3_G3H - 3.364V
PP5V_S5 - 5145V
PP3V3_S5 - 0V, 30.13 kOhms
PP5V_S4 - 0V

Around CD32 I see all voltages that appear normal.
Any help?

Power cycling 10-15, or 20-25 secomds looks like bad NANDs.
The corrosion on U9080 area caused overvolting the NANDs.
