Hi,
I have an A2141 820-01700-A with no power. Client says that it just stoped working.
It has 19.8V on ampmeter, and 0.05A ~ 0.01A. It seams to be rebooting and I can't see no corrosion on the board.
PPBUS_G3H = 12.60V
PPBUS_HS_GPU = 12.60V
PP3V3_G3H_SSD0_SNS = 3.381V
PP3V3_G3H_T = 3.357V
PP3V3_S5 = 0V
PP1V8_S5 = 0V
Already tried DFU but it isen't recognized.
Can you help?
