A2141 820-01700 no power

Hi.

Hi have an A2141 with no power. 20V and 0.08A from ampmeter.

Client says it stoped working overnight, and it has no signs of damages inside.

PPBUS_G3H = 12,58V
PP5V_G3S = 5,146V
PP3V3_G3H_T=3,36V
PP1V8_SLPS2R = 1,8V
PP1V8_AWAKE =1,8V
PP1V1_SLPS2R = 1.1V
PP0V8_SLPS2R= 0,8V
PP1V2_AWAKE = 1,2V
P3V3MAIN_PGOOD = 3,3V

PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 = 0.128V and 0.002 on diode reading.
Is it safe to inject 2V there?

Injecting voltage is the fastest way to diagnose it.
1V may be good enough; using a good thermal camera.
