A2141 820-01700 strange power issue

First was 3 usb ports acting 5v 200mah and 1 port only 5v 36mah, i changed 2 usb controllers one side and now 4 acting 5v 200mah, without battery connected. When i connect battery after first try ports same 5v 200mah but second try with battery 20v 0.63mah steady.

ppbus 12.30 cycling to 10-11, like trying to get 12.60

Some people reported on Internet to have problems aquiring good CD3217 chips for this model.
Seems that doesn't accept any chip, like other models.

Are you using 96/140W charger?
Any history fault available?
What voltage do you get on the coils, with both charger and battery connected?

Now its booting and working, but something is wrong with left side because no usb activity, but right side is working and not charging

Machine works with charger connected on left side too?
Just no USB activity there (J3300)?

Check C3506/3298 voltage, when connect an USB device (not charger) on that side.

USB-C metter switches to 20V on all ports, without battery connected?

usb c meter not switching to 20v without battery, when battery connected 20v 36mah, without battery 5v 230-250mah. board boots fine and working but no charging and left side activity

Which CD3127 chips did you change, left side?

96W charger for sure?

Did you check mentioned voltage, when connect USB device on left side?
That voltage comes from L3500.

All ports stuck in 5V without battery, or just left side?
