A2141 820-01700 - way to disable dedicated graphic card?

I got this Mac with screen distortion and loading only in safe mode.
Suspecting GPU failure, are we are of any ways to disable the dedicated GPU and run it via the Intel integrated one?

Suggestions for GPU repair? I am suspecting GPU issues as it shows lines for second while loading and goes black screen. Still can hear the background noises. Loads OK in safe mode.

Standard GPU reflow process, or any other advice?

Reflow/reball is not definitive solution.
However finding real new GPU to replace it, is not so easy.
