A2141 stuck at 5V

Hello,

I have a Macbook 16 inch stuck at 5V

both the left ports UB400 - UB30 do bootloop

The right ports U3100 - U3200 do not bootloop

PPBUS is 12.29V
PP3v3_G3H_RTC_X = 3.3V

Which ports I have to replace? they are CD3217B12

Compare diode mode readings around CD3217 chips.
Be aware, you MUST replace them with chips from same model donor board; maintaining the same position in the board!

After changing 2 times all the cd3217, the issue was the U2890

board works
