Hi guys,
I have this A2179, which had a cola spill, melted USBC connector and trackpad connector on the trackpad side.
Replaced USBc connector on the board and socket; R6960 was severely corroded, I replaced it and now can power it on. 20V 0.37A but not getting any capslock, USB activity, or screen.
CPU is heating up, actually the whole board is reaching 34*C on a 20* day here. Also there is slight ticking noise from the board, but cant pinpoint the location.
Tried with both disconnected trackpad only and cable from the board to KBD/Tpad.
Which voltages should I report?
Coil voltage seems ok apart than these, which seem missing (or inaccurate?):
PPVCC_CPU_PH1 - 0V
PPVCC_CPU_PH2 - 0V
PPVCC_CPU_PH3 - 0V
VCCINAUX_SW - 1.81V
