The device was sent to me by a shop that is not 100% certain that it was working when the customer gave it to them but the display was definitely damaged.
USB-C meter shows 20V and .08 amps for about 15 seconds before dropping to 0 and then goes back to .08 before repeating this sequence.
So far I have measured these:

PP3V3_G3H 3.3V 0.388
PP3V3_S5 0V 0.33
L7670 5.13V 0.392
L7030 12.45V 0.471
L7701 0V 0.154
L8100 0V 0.002/1.6ohms

L7210 0V 0.134
L7220 0V 0.134
L7230 0V 0.13
L7400 0V 0.302
I have removed L8100 and PP1V1_S3 appears to be shorted side. Is it safe to inject 1V here or am I looking in the wrong place?
