A2251 820-01949-07 sometimes wont charge / power on

Hi,

I have an A2251 820-01949-07 that some times don't charge, and don't power on.
When this happends, It puls 19.9V from ampeter, but only consumes around 70mA. If i keep conecting and disconecting the power cable for a few times, it powers on and charges the battery.
This happens on all charging ports.

Don't know where to start. Can you help?

When battery has some charge, does the board turn on pressing power button?
Try w/ and w/o battery connected.
Charger alone, w/o battery, USB-C ports switch to 20V?

Hi, tks for the reply.
When it has battery, it turns on normally, but some times it won't charge.
With just the board I get the 20V on all ports, but sometimes I only consumes 0.70A and won't power on.
This behavior is the same with all parts mounted (including battery), and with just the board on the bench.

Tried known good battery?
Be sure battery data cable makes good contacts.

Just in case, try DFU revive.
If no important data, may try restore also.
