Some multimeters beep until 0.075; that doesn't mean short!

I can't check it, I just plug my meter in and it turns off, it seems like it detected a short

Both ports same behavior, even flipping the cable?

Check diode mode to ground on CC1/2 lines.
S-UEM2 tool helps a lot in case like this.
