a2289 no any sign of life

hello to all is my first repair on a mac book and i would like if anyone can help me i have one a2289 the fan spinning when i press the button but i dont have any sign of life i am thinking that is the backlight but i would be sure before to order it i dont know what first i have to test so i can figure out where is the problem

Caps Lock light reacts?
If yes, then is only video problem.

Check with Apple if the machine is covered by screen replacment program.

no i dont have any lights on backlight

The Caps Lock button light reacts when you press it???
Do you have USB activity?

No is not reacts when i press but the fan spin when i press power button i have the schematics and boardview i can test any voltage if is help

Your problem is not video related, as the machine has no activity; apart of fan spin.
Lucky to have schematic.
We don't even know which board model is; keep the secret for you.

You should try DFU mode and see if machine is recognized at least.
