ok, caps were ok, short still there. I'll try to swap U7700

I've repalce U7700, short is gone but it doesn't start, stuck on 5 V.With USB-C tool I see 5V, 021V then 0,06 amp then shutdown and start again
with my thermal camera I see UF000 getting a little warm.
