Hi, so i have a a2337 no liquid damage or anything but ppbus_aon is only 5v
I have replaces u5200 the result is the same, the current sense resistor are all fine for u5200.
Ppdcin_aon_chgr_r is 5v.
I removed f5200 and the voltage on pin 1 was 4.9v
Diode mode on f5200
Pin 1 is 0.560
Pin 2 is 0.512
Please guide me further oh wise one

After replacing both q5230/40 i got 12.28v at f5200 pin 1, i then put the fuse back. Machine when to 19v. I then put it into the housing and it booted for to login screen as i was attempting to login screen went black. Tried powering it on and now its back to 5v. Ppbus_aon is now cycling from 11.73v to 10.34v and is no longer stable.
What shall be the next step? Also may i ask the role of q5230/40?
Note while booting battery was not charging.

I don't understand the question. I always test with charger only initially. The first test after putting the fuse back was charger only and it attempted to boot, then i unplugged it and put it into the housing connected everything. It booted to login screen and as soon as i clicked on the type box for password the screen went black. It was still 19v, i tried pressing the keyboard and trackpad nothing happened. I unplugged the charger and plugged it back it and it wouldn't go above 5v again. Then i disconnected everything and plugged the charger and it was stuck at 5v. Then i took the board back out, plugged it in and tested at f5200 and the result was mentioned above. So i think the answer would be it doesn't turn on.

PPBUS_AON just cycles from 11.73v to 10.34v and in the cycles goes down to zero. The cycle is continuous and at no point stable for one second except when it goes to zero.
3v8_aon is not present

Alright so i removed f5200 again and wanted to check if voltage would stabilize. It did not however it started to cycle from 1-2v. When to check q5230/40 again. Saw in diode mode q5230 pin 8 was 0.038. So i took it off. Gave the machine power again and checked pin 1 of f5200 and it was 1.8v and stable. Replaced q5230 and everything is good again. I didn't plug in the customers battery this time as i feel like it caused the issue. My battery charges fine. Would a bad battery cause q5230 to fail since it seems its related to charging?
