Hi,
I have the following problem. Client says a child entered apple id and password, now he doesn't remember them, nor the email. Nothing. Don't know whether this story is actually true, but now I'm stuck with this locked Macbook with Activation Lock.
Any idea if it's possible to hard reset it and clean install and register it?
