Hello! I have the same problem, but there was no liquid damage. elc180 and cd3217 were blown up. Ordered on aliexpress and soldered. Consumption via type-c 5v 0.25a and after a few seconds drops to 0.02a. The port on which I replaced cd3217 always shows 0.02-0.03a. I use 96w type-c original power adapter. Have you solved this problem?

@Omanyd Just saw your reply here, sorry probably too late now.

I have noticed that this model if shut unproperly cycles with no battery connected. Not sure if anybody else experienced it.

It goes 0V->5V 0.2A->20 0.1A (for short time) and back to 0V again when board is not connected to battery. Repeats it multiple times and stops at 20V 0.05A.

Wonder if anybody else experienced this?

Correct me if I am wrong but most of the time blown elc180 for the SSDvoltage also blows NANDS. Check if there is any short on the board, NANDs should be in the 60Ohm spectrum.
You can probe around big coils first, then gradually move to smaller ones and cap lines. If you follow the power rails on the schematic could be clear, but more time-consuming.
