20.5v .004a. Machine powers up and logs into macOS, but battery not charging and very low. Also, I get no lights on the Chipmunk tester. Placed in DFU for revive, but did not solve the problem. Thoughts?

**UPDATE** That's weird.. now it is 5.19v .442a

This MacBook is giving me a fit :( Connected it to the host mac, entered DFU in apple configurator no problem, chose restore, and the progress bar went across on the host mac to step 4 "install", which it went about half way across. On the macbook, the progress bar went across, then was all the way complete. It power cycled a couple of times(according to my power meter) but then I got a DFU error. Searching Google, I have difficulty finding anything specific to this error(on macbook). Have you seen this error before?

It looks like maybe the battery was just too low. I manually charged the battery with a bench supply to about 50%. I powered on the machine and saw it was at the activation, so I went through there, then was able to complete the installation of macOS. It still is not charging though, which is odd. The battery shows half because I charged it, but neither the magsafe nor USBc (connected from OEM known good 140w adapter) is allowing charge. Oddly, I get an amber light on the magsafe.
