A2780 MacBook pro / Not powering on and no chime / 20.4V and 4.28-4.44A

Hey guys,

We have a A2780 MacBook pro, when we connected a charger to it and it uses 20.4V and 4.28-4.44A but does not power on or react in any way not even a chime.

Any advice on what could be the problem and how we should approach this issue?

What is charger behavior with battery disconnected?

I disconnected the battery, 20V and 0.47amps, there is a chime and black screen. Please advise what might be the issue. Thanks

Test external video and USB activity.
Any reaction at Caps Lock?

external connected and once it shows me screen of boot assistance I saw it in a second when i was trying to power it off. I saw it on external monitor connected over HDMI port. Charging port is showing. Caps Lock works turns off and on. When I pressed the power button voice activated and says somethings. No screen. Customer says it is water damaged. Do you think certain part is damaged due to the water damage?

When USB Flash drive is light is connected, it shows blinking light and usb ports works.

So machine boots and works; just image problems.
Test external video with internal LCD disconnected.

You guys think it is a software issue or the display physically damaged?

We don't have the schematics for this MacBook, could you point out where the display connection/connector is located?

I have attached a photo for you guys to take a look.

Also if you guys know where to buy these schematics could you point us in the right direction?
