A2941 Component Identification Help?

I tried finding schematics or boardviews for this one but was unable to source any.
I have a blown component that matches the ones next to it labeled "1827 S6D"
Next to that was a shorted capacitor that I removed but don't know the value of. Any help is appreciated.

Check if other capacitors, in same size, are connected to the same pads.

Tested the board without it?
If yes, what is the voltage there?

I have not tested the board without as I did not want to risk any sort of damage with them missing. I know shorts are cleared at minimum but will have to test later today.
