Hi, I have upgraded a M3 Air Macbook from 256GB to 2TB and now it is dead. I did this upgrades to M2 and M3's several times without any issues but this time board is dead. Voltage goes up to 20v after some seconds goes to 5v then to 0v abd goes up to 20v. This behaviour is repeating. It looks like there is a short. Under thermal cam only the ram is pulsing. I've unsoldered the nands but failure still remains. I have noticed that alle caps around the CPU are shorted. After I have assembled the macbook I have accidently connected with usb-c cable to other macbook and also connected magsafe 3. Any ideas? Thank you

The board can't boot without SSD in working condiition.

Compare values with good board.

Who do this must be prepaired for such failure too.

I have actually a M2 for testing but this layout is different. Maybe someone will read this topic and can tell me what is the behaviour without nands.
