Another 820-01700 board issue - Haptic feedback only, not power cycling, no fans or display at all.

Haptic feedback from the track-pad only, not power cycling, no fans or display at all. I have tried multiple chargers and cables. Tried disconnecting the battery as well. Also tried disconnecting track-pad, speakers, and touch bar. When I get haptic feedback I can hold the power button and it will turn off, and when I hit the trackpad again it does the same thing. I do have a USB-C tester thing and a multimeter. Can anyone help me with this?

Any history available?

Be aware, if battery is empty, or not connected, this board requires 96/140W charger to turn on.

I'm using a 140W also tried an 87W. It has the same behavior with and without a battery though. I have this USB-C testing device, but don't really understand how to use it.

USBC meter is very useful; it shows if charger switches to 20V and the current consumption of the board.

Discard 87W charger, is not good for this board.
The charger cable is also important, as for 100W (or more) the cable must be electronically marked.
You can test with a working MacBook, if the charger is recognized as being 140W; if not, find another cable (Amazon, Aliexpress).
