Hello,

We have an Apple MacBook A2141 that Flashes a file with a question mark symbol on the screen when powered on, it has no chime and uses 20.3v and 2.35a.

Could a a problem on the logic board be causing this or could have the SSD chips failed?

I have attached a couple Photos for you to take a look at to get a clearer picture.

The data is probably lost if you get question mark folder.

Check if you can access the SSD in target disk mode.

Thank you very much. Why MacBook showing question mark? does it mean SSDs are dead but mac still works? or does it mean OS is corrupted? I want to understand why this happens.
