Asus N750jk Rev 3.0

Hey guys,

i'm working on board asus N750jk rev 3.0, no water damage or any corrosion.

PCH - SR17E
ITE8585E-FXA
NVIDIA N15P-GT-A2
PROCESSOR - I7, SR1PX

this board came with a problem "Blue Screen".

i already try new HDD, try to boot from pen, new hdd flat cable, remove all peripherals, 5 sec After logo Asus the machine goes down "Blue Screen" !

Already replace a PCH from new one, Clean_me on bios, res-solder the main components and same think!

i dont have more ideas and i will appreciate any help!!

Did you tried applying heat to GPU???

Ya you right!! GPU problem!! But i already try reballing processor in other board and the processor was a little bent and the reballing goes bad!!

you already try to reballing a processor like that?? anyone know to reballing this processor without bent??

i will appreciate any suggestion !! regards

Just control the heat, if you apply to much heat in the top it will bent to the top, if you apply to much heat on the bottom it will bent to the bottom, just practice on another board...
