Bad CPU_VIDSCLK

Hello,

I come today with this board with which I measured good values everywhere.
Only PPVCC_S0_CPU is not present

So I made the measurements of U7200 which should send to PPVCC_S0_CPU

CPU_VR_EN 0v OK
CPU_VIDSOUT 1.04v OK
CPU_VIDALERT_L 1.04v OK
CPU_VIDSCLK 0.365v INSTEAD OF 1.04V
CPUVR_ISUMP 0v INSTEAD OF 1.8V
CPUVR_ISUMN 0v INSTEAD OF 1.8V
CPUVR_ISEN1 0v INSTEAD OF 1.8V
CPUVR_ISEN2 0v INSTEAD OF 1.8V
CPU_VCCSENSE_P 0v INSTEAD OF 1.8V
CPU_VCCSENSE_N 0v OK

I replaced following the liquid damage U1900 and Q3080
Also catch-ups around the SMC

I don't have an oscilloscope unfortunately ...

You made other bad assumptions too.
But get enable signal for CPU power supply first...
