No liquid damage or corrosion, crashes when trying to install OSX, random crashes with preloaded SSD.

I know this is probably beyond repair CPU/GPU/Memory problem but just thought I would take a crack out of it before binning for parts.. Any insight on the issue?

Nope, RAM/CPU issue, this was probably dropped. Unless you have a specific event that caused this then this board is trash.
