Boot hangs like this:

busy timeout [0], (60s), kextd wait(0): 'iGPU'

Tried on a few different SSDs, same thing

Any ideas how to fix this please?

Any history?? Water damage, drooped?? Seems to be a CPU problem....

Zero history. No liquid at all. I looked this board all over at 45x all angles. It's a time sucker I'll replace the board.

That's what I thought but I put another chip with clean ME and no change. I will however, run ASD EFI because I have not done that yet, stupidly.
