I liked Repairshopr, but my staff knows 0 english... We use a spanish one and it is worthless (and it is the "best" in the country...) . Nothing good available here.

I'm currently setting up repairq in my office, seems a little restricted in places but should make workflow tracking much easier
 
HI ,
currently using work tracer , affordable and has got lots of features. lacks a bit in stock inventory but does the job .
