Does this water damage look repairable?

Damage on A2141. I got this laptop for $80 and it's perfect condition physically but has bad water damage on both "chicken wings" of the board. See photos.
Everything in the center (cpu/gpu/t2) look good.

Cleaned the board and reflowed as many chips as possible without messing anything up. Now, left two USB ports cause a short when plugged in, but the right two ports take 3 watts or 1.5 watt (at the wall) depending on the port. No screen display. 12.34V on PPBUS_G3H.

Wanting to know if this is something I should take on as a relative novice to board-level repair or just part out/sell the laptop. Thanks.

This MLB looks really uggly.
You should identify the bad lines on the J330/JB500 connectors.
For this purpose, I recommend to get S-UEM2 tester.
Is a "must have" tool for someone dealing with Apple T1 and T2 boards repair.

If you decide to continue the repair and detected bad CD3217 chips, then need to achieve them from reliable source.
I again recommend the same seller.
These chips come marked and MUST be soldered in the corresponding position of MLB.
